Access Statement The physical constraints of April Cottage mean that it is not, in the owners’ opinion, suitable for letting to guests confined to a wheelchair or unable to mount a cottage staircase without assistance. We do not believe that the constraints imposed by the physical structure of the cottage and its site can be overcome without a complete rebuild that would destroy its present character.
